Yes they are cool, and I have the first one produced in April 1976 and used it the color brochure you posted. Masa, made what’s called on Tow Hill a “5 year deal” a handshake agreement that allows him to build a cabin and live there for 5 years then at the end of the term the property owner owns the cabin and you move or make other arrangements.

I’ve had a Snorkel hot tub for about 15 years now and I use it year around. It’s a great cool tub in the summer months and heated with wood in the Spring, Fall and occasionally in the Winter. When we drain the tub to clean it, we run hoses down the hill to the gardens. One of the best investments we’ve made.

There is a smoke cave up at Baker, plus there was an actual fort built at one point. The entrance looked kinda similar to second thumbnail image above. Let’s go get blasted! Haha!
